Accommodation Policies:
Check in starts from 14:00
Check out is until 12:00
An early Check-in or a late Check-out is possible against a charge of 20 BGN/per hour and upon request and is subject to availability.
Child Policies:
Children under the age of 1.99 stay for free.
Children from 1.99 - 11,99 years old on extra or regular bed are charged 15.00 euro or 30.00 leva per night
Children over 11.99 pay the price of an adult in an extra bed.
An adult on an extra bed is accommodated at a price of BGN 40.00. per night.
Damage Policy
Damage and theft of hotel property
You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Abrazo Hotel has the right to charge the credit /debit card/cash in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Abrazo Hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge your payment for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage to room
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, etc. as well as damage to sheets from for example permanent marker, dyed hair color, fruit color and things that make unremovable stain will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest (see article price table). In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Smoking Policies:
According to the Bulgarian law, smoking is forbidden in all internal areas of Abrazo Hotel, including: guest rooms, public areas, corridors and underground garage.
Any proof of smoking in the hotel room will result in a fine of BGN 100 on the guest's account.
Smoking inside the hotel or the hotel rooms is not permitted. The hotel possesses terrace, which is located with an exit from the Lobby Bar. If you smoke in the hotel, we will be forced to apply a fee of 100 BGN / € 50, - a deep cleaning fee.
Security:
Hotel "Abrazo" is with a hotel security cameras system that covers all the public areas and an underground garage.
Personal key cards for each guests'.
Free safe box for valuables in each rooms.
Lost & found Policy
Abrazo Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Found items
Abrazo Hotel is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days.
Return
We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by courier delivery. The delivery cost will be charged to guests . Abrazo Hotel is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Postal Service.
